• The price match offer is valid only for Australian retailers.
• Advertisements must be current and items identical.
• The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and verifiable. 
• Technique Tools reserves the right to verify the competitor's price and availability.
• Price match requests must be made prior to purchase.
• Competitors' conditions may apply i.e. payment type, location, freight, delivery etc.
• Excludes reproductions (e.g. photocopies, print outs etc.) of competitors' vouchers.
• Excludes trade buyers, commercial quantities and liquidation or clearance sales.
• We reserve the right to limit sales if deemed for retail sale or limited volumes.
