Shipping & Delivery

Goods supplied by Gripps Global Pty Ltd A.C.N. 632 088 432 trading as Technique Tools (the Supplier) of 15 Steele Crt, Tullamarine Vic, are supplied upon the following terms and conditions, and not otherwise, and the Supplier expressly rejects any conditional sales orders placed by the Customer.

DELIVERY

1. Whilst the Supplier will use all reasonable efforts to deliver the goods by the estimated delivery date, the Supplier does not warrant or guarantee that delivery will be made on that date and shall not liable for any loss (including consequential loss) or damages resulting for delayed delivery.
2. Delivery of the goods shall be deemed to take place when the Customer takes possession of the goods (whether actual or constructive), or the goods are delivered to the Customer at the nominated delivery address or its nominated agent or carrier.
3. Risk in the goods passes to the Customer at the time of delivery.
4. Where the Supplier has agreed to arrange delivery of the goods to the Customer, the Supplier reserves the right to use the carrier of its choice.
